1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website, requesting a quote, or booking services with Auto Express Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is enforceable under applicable federal transportation laws and the laws of the State of California.
2. Company Identification & FMCSA Compliance
Auto Express Inc. operates in compliance with federal regulations as:

- MC Number: 1110405
We operate as both:
- A licensed motor carrier
- A licensed property broker arranging transportation through FMCSA-authorized carriers
All carriers engaged by Auto Express Inc. are required to maintain:
- Active FMCSA authority
- Valid cargo insurance coverage
By booking with us, you authorize Auto Express Inc. to assign your shipment to either our internal fleet or a qualified third-party carrier.
3. Price Lock Guarantee (Binding Pricing)
Auto Express Inc. provides a Price Lock Guarantee:
- All quotes become binding once payment is submitted
- We do not increase pricing prior to dispatch under any circumstance
Booking Definition:
An order is considered officially booked once payment is received and confirmation is issued.
Limited Exceptions:
Pricing may only be adjusted if:
- Incorrect or incomplete vehicle/shipping details were provided
- The scope of the order is changed after booking
4. Scheduling & Transit
- Pickup and delivery dates are estimated windows, not guaranteed
- Delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Traffic or road restrictions
- Mechanical issues
- Federal Hours-of-Service regulations
Customers (or designated representatives) must be available at both pickup and delivery.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are disclosed prior to booking and may include:
- Deposit at booking
- Remaining balance due upon delivery
Additional Conditions:
- Electronic payments must clear 72 hours prior to delivery, unless otherwise agreed
- Failure to complete payment may result in delays, storage fees, or cancellation
- Carriers may retain possession of the vehicle until payment is completed, as permitted by law
6. Cancellation Policy
- A minimum $200 cancellation fee applies after booking
Additional Terms:
- Cancellation within 72 hours of pickup window may result in increased fees
- If a carrier has been assigned or dispatched, cancellation fees may reflect actual incurred costs
7. Insurance & Claims (Full Coverage Commitment)
All vehicles transported by Auto Express Inc. are insured during transport.
We maintain:
- Carrier Cargo Insurance
- Contingent Cargo Insurance
Coverage Includes (Physical Damage Only):
- New dents
- Scratches
- Chips
- Cracks
Exclusions:
- Mechanical or electrical issues
- Pre-existing damage
- Normal wear and tear
Claims Requirements:
- Damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) at delivery
- Claims must be submitted promptly
Auto Express Inc. reserves the right to coordinate repairs through approved repair partners.
8. Vehicle Condition & Preparation
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate vehicle details
- Ensuring vehicle is safe for transport
Preparation Requirements:
- Remove personal belongings unless pre-approved
- No more than 1/4 tank of fuel
- Disable alarms
- Provide keys
Auto Express Inc. is not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle.
9. Pickup & Delivery (Safety-Based Adjustments)
We provide door-to-door transport whenever safely accessible.
Drivers may require an alternate meeting point within 1–5 miles due to access limitations.
10. Communication Requirements
Customers must:
- Remain reachable during pickup and delivery
- Respond promptly to communications
Failure may result in delays, rescheduling, or additional fees.
11. SMS Communications & TCPA Compliance
By providing your phone number and opting in, you give express written consent to receive SMS messages from Auto Express Inc.

You may receive messages related to:
- Quote updates
- Dispatch notifications
- Pickup and delivery coordination
- Customer service communications
Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on your shipment and communication needs.
Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan.

Phone numbers collected as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if:
- Abusive behavior occurs
- False information is provided
- Safety concerns arise
14. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather or natural disasters
- Government actions
- Road closures
- Mechanical disruptions
15. Dispute Resolution (California Jurisdiction)
All disputes shall be:
- Governed by California law
- Resolved through arbitration or courts in California
Customers waive participation in class actions where permitted.
